At Clearway Bidets, your bumâs happiness is our top priority. Thatâs why we offer a 90-Day Happiness Guarantee â if youâre not thrilled, weâll sort it out. Refund? Replacement? Weâve got your back.
đ ïž 1-Year Warranty
Our bidets are built tough and tested well. Still, if something goes wrong due to a manufacturing fault or defect within 12 months, weâll repair, replace, or refund â no stress.
âïž Whatâs covered:
- Faulty parts.
- Functional defects.
- Issues from normal use.
â Whatâs not covered:
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, discolouration, wear & tear).
- Misuse or incorrect installation.
- Damage from modification or rough handling.
Products showing signs of misuse wonât be eligible for a refund under warranty.
đŠ Returns & Refunds
Change your mind? No worries â just note:
- Return shipping is on you.
- Refunds are processed within 3â5 business days of us receiving the item.
- After 90 days, we canât offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind.
To start a return, just email us at support@clearwaybidets.com.au with your order number, a quick description of the issue, and (if you can) a photo or video clearly showing any faults.
If somethingâs missing or your refund hasnât landed, check with your bank first â then shoot us an email if itâs still not showing up.
đ Gifts
If it was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, youâll get a gift credit. If it was sent to the gift-giver, the refund goes back to them.
