At Clearway Bidets, your bum’s happiness is our top priority. That’s why we offer a 90-Day Happiness Guarantee — if you’re not thrilled, we’ll sort it out. Refund? Replacement? We’ve got your back.

Our bidets are built tough and tested well. Still, if something goes wrong due to a manufacturing fault or defect within 12 months, we’ll repair, replace, or refund — no stress.

✔ What’s covered:

  • Faulty parts.
  • Functional defects.
  • Issues from normal use.

❌ What’s not covered:

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, discolouration, wear & tear).
  • Misuse or incorrect installation.
  • Damage from modification or rough handling.

Products showing signs of misuse won’t be eligible for a refund under warranty.


📩 Returns & Refunds

Change your mind? No worries — just note:

  • Return shipping is on you.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the item.
  • After 90 days, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind.

To start a return, just email us at support@clearwaybidets.com.au with your order number, a quick description of the issue, and (if you can) a photo or video clearly showing any faults.

If something’s missing or your refund hasn’t landed, check with your bank first — then shoot us an email if it’s still not showing up.
